BOND PURCHASE AND OWNERSHIP:
Every member of the club is required to acquire a bond. Bonds can be purchased directly from the club for one-time cost of $450. Bond ownership ensures each member is a part-owner of the club and allows voting rights to club decisions.

ANNUAL DUES:
Every member is responsible for paying the annual dues. Annual dues are due by March 1 of the current year. Invoices will be sent out in February. Late payments will incur late fees.

Annual dues are $675 + $75 clean up fee. The clean up fee can be reimbursed if members volunteer during scheduled clean up days
